Refund policy

1. Sanitary Products
Due to the hygienic nature of Puffguard filters, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged on arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged or a filter pack is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the affected pack or issue a refund for that pack.

3. Customer‑Paid Shipping
All shipping costs for returning damaged/defective items and for sending replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email info@puffguard.ca with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item.

  2. Ship the item back to us at the address below (at your cost).

  3. Once we receive the return, we’ll send your replacement pack or process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the cost of the damaged item(s) only. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
