By placing an order with Puffguard, you agree to these terms:

1. Eligibility
You must be 19 or older in Canada, or 21 or older in the USA, to purchase Puffguard products.

2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Product Use
Puffguard filters are intended for use with legal cannabis pre‑rolls only. We make no health claims. Use at your own risk.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in CAD (for Canadian orders) and exclude taxes and shipping. Payment is processed securely via the method selected at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puffguard’s liability on any claim related to your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be heard in that jurisdiction.
